Delivery, Returns and Exchanges


We aim to ship your order on the next business day. Delivery within Australia is generally 2 -10 working days. If your order will take much longer than 7-10 working days, or the time stated on the item page for delivery, you will be contacted by email.


We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $25



  • If for any reason you're not head over heels with the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 10 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly.
  • If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Millthorpe Blue. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new garment to you.
  • 'Sale' is our favourite four-letter word too, but please note we do not accept returns for garments you purchased at sale prices.
  • You can return items to our store, we will refund your money in full, or exchange. 
  • Sizing can be difficult as no 2 brands are the same  Please contact us with any sizing questions.

  4. Please choose a trackable shipping method! Unfortunately the unexpected can occur and Millthorpe Blue is unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
  5. All of the above is a top priority, so you can be assured we will process your return as quickly as we can; however do allow up to 10 days for us to process it and the funds to appear in your account. Keep an eye on your inbox - we'll send you an update of how it is coming along.

Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. Tags must be attached.

Refund amounts will be less a postage charge.

Postage charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.

Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
